BROUSSAUD, A French house

Broussaud is three generations of passionate people who have transmitted their know-how over 80 years. From its village in Limousin, our beautiful company combines the tradition of sock making and research in innovation. The spirit of French creation has always been on our collections … because socks also follow fashion and trends!
The adventure begins in 1938, Adrienne and Henry Broussaud have just married in the village of Les Cars. They create their sock factory, which will employ up to 200 people.
In 1984, their children, Brigitte and Gerard take over the business. The factory changes face, with the appearance of electronic machines that accelerate production. The arrival of new technologies is still transforming the company, led by Aymeric and Alexandra Broussaud since 2006. But the state-of-the-art equipment does not erase the tradition, it illuminates it!

Faithful to itself, Broussaud has modernized its production site without ever moving. Making quality its trademark, a know-how recognized by the “Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant” (EPV) label.
